Join us for an 8-week weight loss journey, conducted in a small group from the comfort of your own home. Our small group program allows you to work with other like-minded participants as you follow our roadmap to weight loss.
If you would prefer a more individualized approach, we offer that as well. Whichever suits your needs, we are here to help you achieve your wellness goals!

After the many months of lockdown are you ready to lose 10, 20 or more pounds, eliminate cravings, brain fog and improve your immune health? If so, we are really excited to join you and support you on your new health journey with our Weight Loss Roadmap program. After 8 weeks, not only will you lose pounds and inches, you will feel your energy increasing, your body feeling lighter and leaner and excited about the new lifestyle shifts you have incorporated.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE WEIGHT LOSS ROADMAP
1. SUPPORT, COACHING, & ACCOUNTABILITY
During the program, you will be supported with coaching, cheerleading, and accountability through our private Facebook group, weekly group coaching/accountability calls, and direct message access to our team.
Coaching is essential to help you transform the way you think, feel, and act.
The way your mind is set creates the coordinates for your health and your life. So if you want to change your destination, we’ve got to create a new mindset - one that not only inevitably will create the conditions needed to reach your goals - but one that can get you there as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In this program we focus not just on the number on the scale, not just the way you see yourself in the mirror, but a way to help you fall back in love with yourself and your body again.
Community and connection are an essential part of your healing journey. In the private Facebook group, you will receive daily health tips and accountability. This is a great place to ask questions and receive support and accountability from us as well as group members.
Group coaching and accountability calls will be provided weekly throughout the program. This is a time to connect with the group, ask questions, receive coaching, and share your progress.
In addition to the support in the group, you will also have direct message access to our team. We are here to track your results, cheer you on, and provide support to make sure you experience maximum results and success.
If you don’t feel comfortable with the group/community program, we also offer individualized programs. Please ask us about that!
We start with a 45-minute consultation to review your personal history. Through this history, we'll learn about your health from a holistic point of view, taking into account your physical, emotional, and environmental health as well as mindset. Together we review your health and wellness goals and develop your personal roadmap.
A second 45 minutes coaching call will take place in week 2 or 3. It is in this session we work on the roadblocks that may be getting in the way.
Our primary focus is to get you healthy and as a result of getting healthy the weight comes off – but because of our process, the weight will come off much faster than in any other program.
2. TOOLS – YOUR WEIGHT LOSS ROADMAP PORTAL AND APP
The program comes with a client portal and app that emails you a plan to follow every day. You will also be able to log in to your own account to keep a journal, track progress, and view all of your program materials anytime, from anywhere. You can use the web or our app for iPhone or Android. Everything is automatically and immediately synched so you always have a view of everything the same way. Here are some quick highlights of what you can do with our portal and app:
3. INSTRUCTIONS & RECIPES
You will receive full instructions for each phase of the program as well as a recipe book loaded with simple, delicious, healthy, sustainable recipes. The basis of this diet, in case you're wondering, is clean sources of protein, fruit, lots of vegetables, in fact, there are certain vegetables you can eat in unlimited quantities.
The diet is really delicious and sustainable. That's the most important part. It's also very satiating, so you're going to feel full because of the great whole food you are eating.
Because we're also fine-tuning your gut health and your hormones, your appetite is going to be in check, so you're not going to have cravings that you may have experienced with other programs.
4. BI-WEEKLY COMMUNITY WELLNESS WEBINARS

Donna Larsen earned a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrated Health. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University. She holds memberships in the American College of Nutrition (ACN), National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), and the Academy of Nutrition and

She holds memberships in the American College of Nutrition (ACN), National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Donna has spent over 20 years working on Wall Street, in the area of technology. In 2008, with the financial markets falling apart at the seams, her life also took a turn when her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time. It was at this point she said to herself, “Game over – there has to be more than this out there, it’s time to begin a new chapter in my life.” While Donna took some time off to support her sister through her journey of recovery, she realized that she needed to take better care of herself. Today, Donna has turned her life and her priorities around. With new awareness she was able to put herself at the top of her to-do list for the first time in her life. She has maintained a weight loss of over 90 pounds and is still on her amazing journey. This transformation has been helpful in her mastering an understanding of the practical challenges we all face in our busy lives.
Donna holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH). She is certified in Positive Psychology with Harvard’s Dr. Tal Ben Shahar; Mind Body Nutrition from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating in Boulder Colorado; Life coaching from the International Coaching Foundation; Plant-based Nutrition and Diseases of Affluence at Cornell University and in Integrative Nutrition from SUNY. Donna is a Certified Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where her teachers included Mark Hyman, Deepak Chopra, Andrew Weil and Marion Nestle.
Kelley has over 25 years of experience empowering people to reach their full potential. Kelley is a Mindfulness Master Practitioner, Reiki Level II Practitioner and a certified Equine Assisted Learning provider. Her passion is to guide people to their self-care journey by providing the tools and guidance to help them live a life full of h

Kelley is a Mindfulness Master Practitioner, Reiki Level II Practitioner and a certified Equine Assisted Learning provider. Her passion is to guide people to their self-care journey by providing the tools and guidance to help them live a life full of health and well-being. Kelley was in the corporate world for many years. She developed a passion for holistic modalities such as meditation, massage, acupuncture and essential oils during this time. As she started to realize that the corporate world was not for her, she began the master’s program and quickly realized that she needed to make changes in her life - she was not living her life as she wanted to! To start, learning how to eat better and cook was key! Self care became first in her life! Now her weight is coming off, but much more importantly, she feels just so much better in her body, mind and spirit!
Kelley holds a Master of Art in Integrative Health from Georgian Court University. She is also National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Kelley is also a Mindfulness Master Practitioner through the Natura training Institute of Natural Healing, a Reiki Level II Practitioner from the Center for Conscious Caregiving and is certified in Equine-Assisted Learning from the O.K. Coral Series in Reno, NV.
