"Journey to your best self" is a brand new online program that is geared towards those who just want to get their life together. In summary, that is exactly what it is .... getting to the life wanted by utilizing the tips and techniques that will be presented in the program. The program will include many topics including time and stress management, mindfulness and meditation, self-care, sleep and energy, healthy eating as well as journaling and essential oils. In the final session, we will bring it all together, learn how to sustain the learnings, and become the best version of yourself. Also, it will enable and to have a general sense of well-being and allow one to be who they really are and want to be.
Taking care of yourself will, in turn, take care of your life! I know this is true because I went through most of my life not care of myself and a few years ago, I realized I needed to be in control of my life, not have my life control me. It takes a while to understand who you really are and who you aspire to be, especially, if you have been just driving through your life and taking things as they come. I didn’t even realize that I was not happy until I started just doing some simple steps like meditation, taking time for me, practicing self-care, seeing how my stress affects my weight and my sleep. Meditation and mindfulness kicked it all off for me!
This is why I created this program – "Journey to your best self". I am hoping to show you the tools that you can do to take care of you! You know the saying in an airplane – you need to take the oxygen mask first in order to help others!
