Health coaching is when a coach guides one to excel at living their life, whatever they may want, whatever goal they would like to attain! It helps those in areas such as stress management, weight loss, managing their chronic health conditions to name a few. The person who is being coached is in the drivers' seat, the coach just guides them to create goals and strategies to attain those goals.
